• To enter, submit photos of a dish OR prepare a video of no more than 10 minutes You must be able to prepare the dish in 60 minutes or less.
  
• Photo submissions must include the recipe as well as a short comment on why the dish is important to you.
  
• Videos should be uploaded to YouTube and viewable by link or search. The link to the video, the recipe and cooking instructions need to be sent to SierraFR@sturgisgov.com. Please introduce yourself and talk about the dish (showing the dish, making the dish, or photos of the dish), its origin, and your reasons for choosing it.
  
• All entries must be received by Saturday, November 28th. Winner will be announced on Friday, December 4th.
  
• The winning dish will be made by Sierra, the competition host, on Saturday, December 12th at Noon via Zoom and Facebook Live!
