In partnership with the City of Sturgis, AMA Pro Racing has received approval on a request to postpone the 2024 SturgisTT budget reconciliation meeting to October 11^th, 2024. The request was based on a few factors:

• Several costs were pending receipt and finalization from 3^rd party vendors.
• Out of respect to the public, the budget needed official accounting verification once 100% of debits/credits were received, before being released to the public as ‘official’.
• It was requested that the 2025 SturgisTT strategy be presented in conjunction with the 2024 review to create meeting and information efficiencies for the Parties and public.
• By contract, the reconciliation meeting requirement allowed until End of Day on October 11^th, 2024, to occur.

 On conclusion of the October 2^nd meeting, the City of Sturgis deemed that more information was necessary to make the public meeting as thorough, informative and productive as should to be expected. Additionally, the city assessed the 2024 AMA Pro Racing Sturgis TT agreement and verified that the newly proposed postponement date still falls within the agreed upon terms, stating that the reconciliation meeting be hosted by EOD October 11, 2024.

The City of Sturgis will hold the official reconciliation meeting for the SturgisTT with AMA Pro Racing by October 11^th, 2024, on which date it will determine and communicate a Public Forum review in which the City of Sturgis and AMA Pro Racing will invite the citizens of Sturgis to attend a post-rally recap community forum to review the impact and outcomes of the Sturgis TT race during the 2024 Sturgis Rally as well as expected 2025 planning milestones. This event offers an opportunity for AMA Pro Racing and community members to discuss feedback on the successes, challenges, and 2025 planning considerations related to the race and its future. AMA Pro Racing representatives will also provide updates on the event's performance, economic impact, and community response.
