Job Title: Streets/Heavy Equipment Operator
Salary range: $18.89 to 21.52 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experiences. Overtime eligible, but limited opportunities

Hours: Full-time (40 hours a week), non-exempt with limited overtime opportunities. Eligible for benefits.
Job Description:
Responsible for performing equipment operation work, including (but not limited to) operating back hoes, dozers, loaders, maintainers, paving equipment, bobcats, and other streets equipment. Position does concrete work, asphalt patching and road repairs. Responsible for snow removal, sanding and de-icing during winter season and/or blizzard conditions. Cross trained with Sanitation and some Wastewater duties.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with acceptable driving record.
- One year experience with heavy equipment or related industry (preferred)
- Willing and able to operate City equipment following established routes and safety procedures
Hourly wage: $18.89 to $21.52 per hour, depending on qualifications and verifiable work experience.
Overtime opportunities result primarily from the Rally and winter storms.

Schedule: Schedule is currently Monday through Friday 6am to 3pm, Fridays 6am to 10am. Full time position.
