2024 MEDIA REGISTRATION

Online registration will close at 5 PM on Aug. 7.  If you would like to register after this date simply go to the Sturgis Community Center and fill out a short registration form.   

Note - A media pass is not required for filming in the City of Sturgis and you are not required to register as Media unless you want to be included in the press release email list.  Your media pass (and regular credentials) will give you access to the photo tower located at the Junction and Main Street intersection.  Your regular media credentials should work at most private venues, just call ahead to see what they require. 

Welcome to the City of Sturgis Motorcycle Rally!  

During the Annual City of Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, the Director of Communications will send out special press releases as well as daily media updates to those who opt-in.  The update includes City-sponsored event information, news, and statistics.  If you would like to receive press releases and/or daily updates, please make sure your Email address is included on this form. 

Press conferences will be held daily, beginning on Saturday, Aug. 3 at the City of Sturgis Public Works Building, 1057 Dudley Street, Sturgis.  All media representatives are welcome to attend press conferences. Parking will be available in front of the building. 

Press Passes - If you request a press pass, please stop by the front desk at the Sturgis Community Center between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Aug. 2 to Aug. 11 to pick up your pass.  The Center is located at 1401 Lazelle.  Please park on the north side of the building in the gravel lot along the creek.  Note: Your normal press credentials will work for access to most areas including the Main Street photo tower.
