The property is located along Vanocker Canyon Drive north of Pine View Drive.
The property is zoned as a Planned Unit Development (PUD) which allows a mixture of uses due to a portion of the site being over an old salvage yard and a portion of the site being in the flood zone.
Timeline: 11 residential units and the storage facilities to be completed in 2021. 12 residential units to be completed in 2022. All units will be owner-occupied.
